I developed an easy to use/learn Bengali Phonetic Alphabet (BPA) for the English users and learners in Bangladesh. I published a small monograph to serve as a self-study guidebook in the L1 language of the users/learners which is Bengali. I tried to attach the English version of the guidebook for Non-native Bengali speakers (NNBS) but failed as its size exceeded the maximum allowable length of 1 MB.
